Gynem is a boutique private fertility clinic in Prague 8, founded in 2013 by head physician Dr Milan Mrázek, MD, PhD, MBA (30+ years in reproductive medicine) together with his son and co-founder Dr Martin Mrázek, MBA. The clinic is built around five stated values: the human touch, safety, results, proficiency and a personal coordinator for every patient.
International patients get a dedicated multilingual coordinator (English, German, French, Italian and Serbian speakers on the team) who stays with them from the first enquiry through to pregnancy confirmation. There is no waiting list and treatment can typically be started within days. Airport transfer and taxi to the first appointment are included in the Optimal and Maximum IVF packages.
Gynem offers a full menu of assisted reproduction: IVF (Basic / Optimal / Maximum packages), fresh and frozen egg donation with blastocyst guarantee (Basic / Comfort / Premium), embryo donation, egg freezing, dual-stimulation IVF, tandem cycles, natural-cycle IVF, IUI, PGT-A / PGT-M, andrology (MESA/TESE), ERA endometrial receptivity testing and psychological counselling. Free initial online consultations are offered to all international patients.
What this price covers: Basic, Optimal and Maximum packages cover consultations, compulsory pre-treatment tests, ICSI, blastocyst culture, egg retrieval and one transfer. Stimulation medication is charged separately.
Egg-donation prices are not directly comparable between clinics. We label each published price with the product it buys: a fresh dedicated donor, a fixed batch of frozen donor eggs, or an outcome guarantee package. Always compare the same basis, and ask what happens if no blastocyst is created.
Not included in package prices: stimulation medications €600-€1,200 and ECG for women over 40 (€100). Deposits: IVF €1,000, Egg Donation €2,000, Embryo/Egg Freezing €1,000, Natural IVF €500, Tandem €2,000. Cancelled-cycle administration fee €300 (non-refundable).
