Across 44 clinics in 6 countries, published starting prices for IVF with own eggs range from €2,200 to €7,600, excluding medication. Prices checked 30 August 2026. The figures cover Czech Republic, Greece, Latvia, North Cyprus, Poland, Spain and are the clinics' own published starting prices, so they exclude medication, travel and accommodation unless a clinic states otherwise. 4 of the 44 clinics publish no own-egg price and are shown as "Not published" rather than estimated.

How this index is built

• Where the prices come from. Each clinic's own published price list, plus direct written confirmation from the clinic where we have asked for it. We publish no figure a clinic has not put in writing.
• What the figure is. The clinic's lowest published starting price for that treatment. It is a starting price, not a quote, and the price you are given can be higher once your own protocol is set.
• What is excluded. Medication, travel and accommodation are excluded unless the clinic states otherwise. The medication column records what the clinic states. Where a clinic sells an all-inclusive package, the package scope is set out on that clinic's page.
• Currency. Euro, as billed by the clinics. We do not convert, so no exchange rate of ours sits between you and the clinic's own figure.
• Missing prices. Where a clinic publishes no price for a treatment the cell reads "Not published". We never estimate, interpolate or substitute a country average.
• Review cycle. Every listing is re-checked against the clinic's published sources each quarter. The date in the final column is the date that clinic was last checked.
