2. Free for Patients

IVF Got You is completely free for patients to use. You will never be charged by IVF Got You for browsing, comparing clinics, using our tools, or accessing any information on the Site. There are no hidden fees, subscription charges, or costs of any kind payable by you to IVF Got You.

3. Introducer Fees and How We Are Funded

Some clinics listed on the Site may pay IVF Got You an introducer fee, referral fee, or commission if you proceed with treatment at that clinic following an introduction through the Site. We receive nothing for an enquiry that does not result in treatment (collectively, "Introducer Fees"). These Introducer Fees constitute IVF Got You's primary source of revenue and are the means by which we fund the operation and maintenance of the Site.

By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that:

• IVF Got You may receive Introducer Fees from clinics listed on the Site;
• The existence of any commercial relationship between IVF Got You and a listed clinic does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that clinic, its services, its staff, or its treatment outcomes;
• Introducer Fees are paid by the clinics and are never charged to you, the patient;
• The payment or non-payment of Introducer Fees does not influence which clinics are listed on the Site, how clinics are ranked or ordered, or how clinic information is presented;
• All clinics listed on the Site are assessed against the same independent criteria, regardless of any commercial arrangement with IVF Got You;
• IVF Got You acts solely as an introducer and information provider. We are not party to any contract between you and any clinic, and we accept no liability for the services provided by any clinic.

IVF Got You is not a regulated financial adviser, insurance broker, or healthcare provider. The receipt of Introducer Fees does not create any fiduciary duty, advisory relationship, or duty of care owed by IVF Got You to any user of the Site beyond those obligations imposed by applicable law.

4. Independence and Impartiality

IVF Got You is committed to maintaining editorial independence. The presence or absence of a commercial relationship with a clinic has no bearing on:

• Whether a clinic is included in or excluded from the directory;
• The position, ranking, or prominence of any clinic listing;

• Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the participating clinic, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, expiry dates, treatment exclusions, geographic restrictions, and minimum spend thresholds;
• Any discount applies solely to the clinic's own published pricing and does not reflect a reduction from any price set or endorsed by IVF Got You;
• IVF Got You is not responsible for any dispute arising between you and a clinic in connection with a Promotion, including but not limited to disputes regarding the application, honouring, or withdrawal of a Promotion;
• Promotions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice;
• The display of a Promotion on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by IVF Got You of the relevant clinic, its services, or the value of the Promotion;
• IVF Got You shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense incurred by you in connection with the use or attempted use of any Promotion.
