This is tied to a randomly generated, anonymous session ID and does not use third-party cookies or advertising trackers.

We will erase your enquiry records, cost-estimate requests, guide downloads, newsletter subscription and community account content, except where we are legally required to keep a record. Note that we cannot recall an enquiry a clinic has already received - you will need to contact that clinic directly, and we will give you their data-protection contact on request.

Retention: enquiry and lead records are kept for 24 months from your last contact, then deleted. Community posts remain until you delete them or ask us to.

The IVF Got You Community is a public forum. Anything you post - your display name, thread and reply text, and any images you upload - is visible to anyone on the internet and may be indexed by search engines. Please do not post information you would not want to be public, including full names, medical documents, or photos of other people without their permission.

We may quote or feature public community posts elsewhere on the Site (for example in guides or on clinic pages), always attributed to your display name only. You can opt out of that at any time, or ask us to remove a post, by emailing info@ivfgotyou.info. Removing your account removes your posts from public view.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including IVF clinic websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Children's Privacy
