Clínica Tambre is a medical and surgical centre specialising in gynaecology and fertility in central Madrid, also known by its umbrella name Mistral Fertility Clinics SL. The clinic was fully renovated in 2018 when Inge Kormelink took leadership. It has two specialised laboratories, one for IVF and one for andrology, and operates the oldest and largest sperm bank in Madrid, distributing samples to clinics across Spain. Tambre uses a Witness bio-sample tracking system, issuing each patient a radio-frequency card linking their identity to their sperm, eggs and embryos at every stage, and Fenomatch biometric facial recognition for donor matching. Dexeus Mujer traces its obstetrics and gynaecology department to 1935, founded by Santiago Dexeus Font. Spain's first IVF baby was born here in 1984, and Spain's first egg donation treatment, which resulted in twins, in 1988. The centre performs over 3,000 assisted reproduction cycles a year, and around 25% of patients arrive having had failed treatment elsewhere. The department was granted teaching hospital status by the Spanish Ministry for Health in 1989 and university institute status by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. It runs a 24-hour emergency department, holds ISO 9001 accreditation, and employs around 300 professionals including roughly 60 doctors, 20 biologists and 14 technicians. Treatment can typically be completed with two trips to Barcelona.

Equipo Juana Crespo is an independent clinic in Valencia specialising in high-complexity reproductive medicine, led by Dr Juana Crespo, a gynaecologist with more than 30 years of experience in complex cases. Its stated areas of focus are patients with failed treatment at other centres, unexplained infertility, recurrent miscarriage, implantation failure, later maternity, oncology patients, uterine pathology, male factor infertility, and endometriosis and adenomyosis. The clinic occupies 2,500 square metres, with 8 consultation rooms and matched examination rooms, in-house IVF, cryopreservation, genetic diagnosis and andrology laboratories, a hospitalisation area with 7 private rooms, 2 fully equipped operating theatres, and a separate independent area for gamete donors. The Gutenberg Centre Reproduction Unit was established in Málaga in 1987 and achieved the first IVF pregnancy in the province in 1989. According to Spanish Fertility Society data it performs the highest number of assisted reproduction treatments in the province of Málaga. The clinic states that it does not belong to a larger group and describes itself as a family clinic, occupying over 600 square metres with every stage of treatment carried out on site. Its 2024 reporting is unusually transparent: 649 treatment cycles, of which 25.7% were donor egg and 74.2% own-egg IVF, 100% of embryo transfers performed at blastocyst stage on day 5, and a multiple birth rate of 0%. Technology in use includes EmbryoScope with artificial intelligence and RI-Witness sample tracking.
