Clínica Tambre is a medical and surgical centre specialising in gynaecology and fertility in central Madrid, also known by its umbrella name Mistral Fertility Clinics SL. The clinic was fully renovated in 2018 when Inge Kormelink took leadership. It has two specialised laboratories, one for IVF and one for andrology, and operates the oldest and largest sperm bank in Madrid, distributing samples to clinics across Spain. Dexeus Mujer traces its obstetrics and gynaecology department to 1935, founded by Santiago Dexeus Font. Spain's first IVF baby was born here in 1984, and Spain's first egg donation treatment, which resulted in twins, in 1988. The centre performs over 3,000 assisted reproduction cycles a year, and around 25% of patients arrive having had failed treatment elsewhere. The department was granted teaching hospital status by the Spanish Ministry for Health in 1989 and university institute status by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. It runs a 24-hour emergency department, holds ISO 9001 accreditation, and employs around 300 professionals including roughly 60 doctors, 20 biologists and 14 technicians. Treatment can typically be completed with two trips to Barcelona.

Institut Marquès specialises in gynaecology and assisted reproduction, headquartered in Barcelona with branches in Rome, Milan, London and Ireland. The practice has over 100 years of history and now includes the fourth generation of gynaecologists from the Marquès family. Dr Marisa López-Teijón and Dr Leonardo Marquès Amorós joined in 1987, and the first IVF laboratory opened in 1989, renovated and expanded in 2009. The clinic offers genetic counselling, care for hereditary diseases, recurrent miscarriage and andrology, and treats complex cases including patients with multiple previous failed attempts. It maintains its own egg and sperm bank and runs an online platform allowing patients to watch their embryo development remotely. Rainbow Fertility Barcelona is an Institut Marquès project supporting LGBTQ+ patients. The clinic states publicly that it does not guarantee pregnancies, only a job well done. The team includes 21 doctors alongside the Medical Director, 13 embryologists and 20 patient and medical assistants supporting international patients.

Instituto Bernabeu is a private fertility group founded by the late Dr Rafael Bernabeu, with Dr Andrea Bernabeu appointed Medical Director in 2024. The Alicante centre houses three laboratories, two operating theatres and nine en-suite single recovery rooms, with on-site parking, disabled access, Wi-Fi and an on-site pharmacy.
